An adult male with a gunshot wound was found dead in Central Florida, and there is a death investigation in Lithia, outside of Tampa.
On Friday, May 10th, at 9:41pm, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the report of a shooting in the 5500 block of Kinglethill Drive.
When deputies arrived, they located an adult male with a gunshot wound, who was pronounced deceased at the scene.
At the time, local detectives believed this was an isolated incident. They do not believe there is a threat to the community.
This is an ongoing investigation, according to local law enforcement.
