Professional basketball player, Paul Porter, is at the top of his game when an injury forces him into early retirement. Soon after, Paul experiences a life-changing tragedy that leaves him to deal with a devastating loss. The struggles of Paul’s life get him arrested and sentenced to community service at a youth facility. There, he meets Russell Martin, a young man torn between following the dark influence of his older brother and living out the principles taught by his loving, single mother. Paul sees a younger version of himself in Russell and begins mentoring him. The divine connection between their lives becomes the ultimate challenge to their beliefs about fate, choice, and redemption.
