A woman is behind bars, accused of desecrating several graves at the Mt. Peace Cemetery in St. Cloud, police said.
Debra A. Farinella, 57, is believed to have removed statues, lights, decorations and planters from six graves, taking the items back to her home for display.
Police, who began their investigation one week ago, served a search warrant today on Farinella’s home in the 1600 block of Vermont Avenue in St. Cloud.
The items stolen by Farinella from six victim’s graves, were removed from her home, police said.
Frainella will be booked into the Osceola County Jail later today.
