Orlando police say, a child approximately 18-24 months old was found wandering in the Nassau Bay Apartment complex in the 5200 block N. Orange Blossom Trail around 11:30 a.m., on Wednesday.
The child can only say yes or no and is unable to relay her name or any other information.
The child is a black female, about 2′ 4″ tall and weighs about 25 pounds. She is wearing a pink shirt with a small sweater that is plaid with orange, pink and white colors that tie in the front, with black pants and black boots. Her hair is in short braids and both ears are pierced with a red stone earring in the left ear.
