A Orlando driver was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Hunters Creek, early on Saturday morning, Florida Highway Patrol say.
The crash happened on Town Center Boulevard near John Young Parkway, just before 3:00 a.m.
40-year-old Kareem Scarborough, of Orlando, was traveling eastbound on Town Center Boulevard, when he lost control of the 2006 Chrysler he was driving, troopers say.
The vehicle left the roadway and overturned, after colliding with a light pole. The top of the Chrysler struck an oak tree, troopers say.
Scarborough was pronounced at the scene by the medial examiner.
Troopers say, toxicology results are being a waited to determine whether or not alcohol played a role in the crash. It is unknown whether speed was a factor in the crash.

Words can’t describe how I felt when I received the news and words can’t describe how I feel now. But I do know that God knows what is best and He is too wise to make a mistake. The love He has for you far exceeds the love we have for you! I take comfort in knowing to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. We knew we were Uncle and Nephew but grew up as brothers. You will forever be in my heart. Rest In Peace Nephew. God loved you best!
