A New York man is in the Orange County jail, accused of exposing himself in a pool at Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge Monday.
Deputies arrested 68-year-old John Oldham charging him with one count of lewd exhibition.
Two girls – 7 and 9 years – told investigators they had seen a man, later identified as Oldham with his swim trunks partially down as they swam in the Animal Kingdom Lodge pool.
According to arrest affidavit, the 7-year-old told detectives as she swam under water, she saw a man with his “bathroom part” exposed and she got scared. As she tried to swim away, the man kept coming closer to her. She eventually got out of the pool and told her parents what she had seen.
The 9-year-old girl had a similar story. She told investigators she saw “something was hanging out of the side of his leg” which looked like a “dog chew toy.” She confirmed to detectives that it was the man’s “private.”
Both girls were able to point out the man, later identified as Oldham to investigators.
The parents of the girls, unknown to each other before Oldham’s exhibition, confirmed that both girls had told them what they had witnessed in the pool.

A life guard told investigators he noticed a number of girls dive under water several times and came up giggling saying, “Oh my god, oh my god.” He also told deputies every time the girls would go under water and come up, they looked at each other and “appeared more concerned.”
Oldham was taken into custody and booked into the Orange County jail.
