Orange County deputies have identified the man shot dead at the Arbour Apartments on Macakay Boulevard near UCF.
The deceased is 21-year-old Frank Morse Perry, a white male, investigators say.
Deputies found Perry dead in a parked vehicle in the parking lot of the apartment complex around 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
Investigators say, Perry died from a gunshot wound.
The investigation is in its early stages and authorities have offered no information as to why Perry was killed.
