Lake County is offering sponsorship, advertising and exhibitor opportunities for the Central Florida Landscape & Garden Fair being held on Saturday, Feb. 11 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 12 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Ferran Park in Eustis. The fair will provide the community an opportunity to meet and purchase goods from local merchants that specialize in landscaping, gardening, irrigation, horticultural, fertilizer, composting, hardscapes and more.
During the two-day event, special workshops and seminars will be available to help educate fair-goers about best-practices for gardening and landscaping. Headlining the list of speakers will be the creator and founder of square-foot gardening, Mel Bartholomew. Mel’s first book, “Square Foot Gardening”, became America’s largest selling gardening book ever, with over two million copies sold. His Square Foot Gardening television series has been featured on PBS, Discovery Channel and The Learning Channel.
The Central Florida Landscape and Garden Fair will provide an opportunity to increase an organization’s visibility in the community, support a worthwhile educational event, and a chance to network with other businesses, organizations and public agencies. A special opportunity is now open for those wishing to sponsor, purchase advertising, or become an exhibitor at the event.
Three sponsorship levels are available, which range from $250 to $750. Advertisements for the printed program run from $125 for a quarter page black and white ad, up to $950 for a full-page color ad. Exhibitor and food vendor booths range from $75 for a 10’x10’ area, to $150 for a 10’x20’ area.
