Orange County District 4 Commissioner Jennifer Thompson will host a Three Kings Day event at the Meadow Woods Orlando Magic Recreation Center. This is a FREE event and is open to the public. This celebratory community event is designed to observe the popular holiday and will feature music, entertainment, free food, and free gifts for children who attend (while supplies last).
The event will be held on Saturday, January 7th from 10am-4pm at the Meadow Woods Orlando Magic Recreation Center located on 1751 Rhode Island Woods Circle, Orlando, FL 32824. Residents are invited to bring their families out and enjoy the festivities. Gifts will be available for children aged 2-8; children must be present to receive a gift. Gift distribution begins at 2:30pm and is on a first come first served basis.
Live music, dance, and exhibition performances from local community groups will be ongoing from 10:00am-2:00pm, with the Three Kings arriving to distribute gifts at 2:30pm.
“Connecting and bringing residents together through celebratory community events helps to create a sense of pride and excitement throughout our district,” says Commissioner Thompson. “This free event gives families the opportunity to experience the diverse cultural traditions happening within Orange County.”
