He was once the head of Immigration and Customs Enforcement in South Florida, but on Wednesday, Anthony V. Mangione will be in a federal court Wednesday, faces an indictment that accuses him of child-porn offenses on the Internet.
Mangione, 50, was arrested Tuesday outside a Publix supermarket by Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies and FBI agents. He is being charged with possessing and distributing digital images of child porn on his computer, miamiherald.com, reports.
