Two brothers were shot and killed after a dispute erupted in a pub in St. Cloud on Tuesday night, St. Cloud Police said.
Police said, 23-year-old James Kun and 21-year-old Joel Kun were shot at by suspect, 28-year-old Jason Deric Clair just before mid-night on Tuesday, at the Len’z Dug Out Pub located at 4227 13th Street in St. Cloud. 13 rounds were fired from a Glock 40 cal. handgun.
A St. Cloud Police Department spokesperson said, the shooting came about “over a girl”. James was taken to the St. Cloud Hospital were he was pronounced.
Police said, Joel, who was taken to the Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) died earlier on Wednesday.
Clair, has been charged with two counts of first degree murder. He is being held in the Osceola County Jail without bond.
