“In honor of Teacher Appreciation Week, I want to extend a heartfelt thanks to all of Florida’s outstanding educators who have helped our state become one of the best education systems in the nation.
Teaching is an essential occupation that deserves focused attention well beyond this important week.
I encourage Floridians to take the time this week to thank teachers for their tremendous dedication to helping our children and young people pursue their hopes and dreams for the future.”
