Seniors First, Inc., a social service organization dedicated to helping the elderly maintain their independence, recently concluded its annual Holiday Shoebox Drive.
The goal was to collect gifts for senior citizens who otherwise may not receive a present during the holiday season – and the nonprofit met their goal and received more than 2,500 gift-filled shoeboxes. Each gift was distributed to Seniors First client prior to the Christmas holiday.
