Billy Payne, Augusta National Chairman, had strong words for Tiger Woods today saying he “disappointed all of us.”
Payne made these remarks one day before the world’s number one golfer tee’s off in the Masters.
Payne said that not only did Woods disappoint “all of us, but more importantly our kids and grand kids.” He added that Woods in the future won’t be judged by his performance on the golf course, but by the sincerity of his efforts to change.
Woods is playing in the Par 3 today, the informal competition that is held one day before the Masters begin.
