WHAT: BE Counted Campaign
The Orlando Magic will assist the U.S. Department of Commerce in their effort to increase participation in the U.S. Census in Orange County. This short, 10-question Census form will determine where new schools, hospitals and roads are built and how we are represented in all levels of government.
In an effort to educate fans about this important endeavor, the Magic will distribute Census information at select games with additional awareness provided through radio, television, in-arena PSAs and the jumbotron.
WHEN: Department of Commerce representatives will be distributing Census information on the concourse level during the following games:
Wednesday, March 3 vs. Golden State Warriors
Wednesday, March 17 vs. San Antonio Spurs
Friday, March 26 vs. Minnesota Timberwolves
