Evans High School Junior, My Tien Doan was recently recognized by OCPS with the “Local Hero Award.” A Local Hero is someone whose’ selfless acts demonstrate they place other’s well-being above their own.
My Tien has consistently volunteered with the BETA Club, Junior Class Student Government Association and other community service and philanthropic organizations. My Tien is also a member of the International Baccalaureate (IB) Ambassador Program which plans all of the activities for the IB Program. My Tien is ranked in the Top 5 in her class and plans to attend either Rollins College or Yale and leaves her career plans in the hands of the Maker.
