Multiple Felons with Firearms Captured after Fleeing Orlando Traffic Stop

Multiple felons, including a convicted felon wanted for attempted murder, were captured after attempting to flee an Orlando traffic stop.




Orlando TAC officers recently conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of S. Hughey Ave and Church Street. This vehicle fled and crashed into a business in the 300 block of South Division Ave. after attempting to avoid another vehicle. Four occupants ran from the vehicle and were ultimately captured.

The driver is a convicted felon who was wanted for attempted murder and armed robbery out of South Florida.

One of the passengers is currently on probation for homicide, also out of South Florida.

Three of the occupants of the vehicle are convicted felons and three firearms were located inside the vehicle along with numerous amounts of illegal narcotics.

According to OPD, one of the firearms was reported stolen and one was reported “missing.” The passenger possessed a large amount of narcotics along with over $3,700 in cash which was taken for seizure.

The Orlando Police Department said all the occupants were arrested and charged accordingly.
