Another Bank Robbery at Gunpoint

A man robbed a Bank of American branch at gunpoint and made off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Just before 12:30 pm today, January 8th, deputies from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office responded to a robbery call at the Bank of America located at 7220 W Sand Lake Road.

Eyewitnesses describe the suspect as a white or Hispanic male 5’6” wearing a black sweatshirt, and baggy blue jeans.  They say he produced a firearm then demanded and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.

It is not known if anyone was hurt in the robbery.

Deputies of the Orange County Sheriff’s office are continuing there investigation.
