Taste of Space Begins This Fall

The Kennedy Space Center is cooking up something scrumptious for this year’s Taste of Space: Fall Bites event. Visitors will be able to treat their taste buds to fun new seasonal flavors at Orbit Café, Moon Rock Café and Milky Way.

Crafted by in-house chefs, these unique, fall-inspired food items are available for a limited time, along with local craft brews, which are each sold separately. To commemorate the 2021 event, when you purchase any two Taste of Space: Fall Bites food items, you will receive a complimentary Taste of Space collector’s pin while supplies last.

Beer lovers will also want to stop by Planet Play Lounge to enjoy local seasonal brews from the Space Coast, while others including the children can create their own signature beverage flavors with Pepsi drink machines found in Orbit Cafe. There’s also a pumpkin caramel éclair from Milky Way large enough to feed the family for dessert.

On November 5th, a progressive four-course dinner throughout the visitor complex’s attractions will showcase seasonal foods created by our Certified Executive Chefs, including local restaurants competing in the first-ever Mars-inspired “Marstini” shake-off.

The posted menu for the Taste of Space: Fall Bites event is:

Orbit Café
Beef Brisket Slider with Chipotle BBQ Sauce and Fried Onions
Hot Turkey, Cranberry and Brie Melt
Pumpkin Whoopie Pie

Moon Rock Café
(Accessible with a bus transportation reservation)
Bratwurst with Sauerkraut and Whole Grain Mustard
