On Sunday November 22, at approximately 9:10 pm, an Orange County deputy working a traffic stop near the Shell gas station located at 601 John Young Parkway heard multiple rounds fired. The deputy noticed a crowed gathering at the Southwest corner of the business. He approached to investigate and found victim Kenneth Dean Stone, 25 years, on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim’s girlfriend told deputies that two black males driving a silver or gold Altima, drove up to them, got out of the vehicle, and shot Stone multiple times.
The motive for the shooting is unknown at this time. Stone was transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center and is in critical conditions.
Orange County deputies are continuing with their investigation.
