Orlando Police Department-Homicide Unit has made an arrest in the double homicide which took place on October 15th, at 533 West Anderson Street.
Kary Joseph Russell, 32 years old, who is currently in the Orange County Jail on unrelated charges was served an arrest warrant on October 29, 2009 and charged with two counts of first degree murder, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and one count of possession of ammunition by a convicted felon.
OPD is continuing with the investigation and a motive for the double homicide is still to be determined.
