Here’s some useful “Back to School” information

imagesBelow is a list of useful information regarding “Back to School” for Seminole County Public Schools (SCPS):

Saturday, July 26, 2014 from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., SCPS will participate in a Back-2-School event at Ft. Melon Park in Sanford (600 E. 1st St., Sanford, FL).  The following Departments will be present:  Choices, Food Services, Great Start Program, Transportation, and VPK.

Saturday, August 2, 2014 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., SCPS will participate in a Back-2-School event at the Altamonte Mall (in front of the lower-level of Macy’s).  The following Departments will be present:  Elementary, Middle, High, Career & Technical Education, Choices, Community Involvement/Dividends, Exceptional Student Support Services (ESSS), Food Services, Foundation for SCPS, Great Start Program, Seminole County Virtual School, Transportation, and VPK.

ALL SCPS Elementary Schools will be OPEN for extended time on Monday August 4, 2014 for student registration! Each school will remain open until 6:30 pm to accommodate parents needing to register their child(ren).

First day of school for SCPS is Monday, August 11th.
