Making a shocking discovery, a Good Samaritan discovered over 1 million dollars in cocaine floating at sea near the Florida Keys.
The U.S. Coast Guard worked with Border Patrol agents to recover the drugs, which were floating in the water off Islamorada in the Upper Keys according to reports.
