$36 Million Mega Millions Winning Ticket Sold in Florida Set to Expire

The Florida Lottery announced that a MEGA MILLIONS jackpot winning ticket worth $36 million remains unclaimed and is set to expire.




The deadline to claim the jackpot prize is Sunday, February 11, 2024, at midnight, ET.

The winning MEGA MILLIONS numbers for the August 15, 2023, drawing were:  

18 – 39 – 42 – 57– 63 MB 7 Multiplier: 3x

The winning Quick Pick ticket was purchased at Publix, located at 4495 Roosevelt Boulevard in Jacksonville. Players who may have purchased a MEGA MILLIONS ticket from this retail location are encouraged to check their tickets from the August 15th drawing to see if they are a winner.

While any Florida Lottery retailers can validate the winning ticket, the MEGA MILLIONS jackpot prize must be claimed at a Lottery District Office. Players can obtain additional information by calling the Lottery’s Customer Service Department at (850) 487-7787 or visiting the Lottery’s website. Players can download the Lottery’s free mobile app for iOS and Android devices to quickly and effectively scan a ticket barcode to see if it is a winner.

MEGA MILLIONS is an American multijurisdictional lottery game. As of June 30, 2023, it is offered in 45 states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. For $2 per play, players may pick six numbers from two separate pools of numbers – five different numbers from 1 to 70 (the white balls) and one number from 1 to 25 (the gold Mega Ball). Or players can select Quick Pick. You win the jackpot by matching all six winning numbers in a drawing. There are nine ways to win a prize, ranging from the jackpot down to $2.
