2025 Ms. Corporate America Crowned: New Era of Purpose-Driven Leadership Begins

The 2025 Ms. Corporate America was recently crowned in Orlando at the Rosen Centre Hotel, beginning a new era of purpose-drive leadership.

The stage was set, the lights were bright, and the moment was unforgettable to introduce the woman who will wear the crown with confidence, compassion, and class — 2025 Ms. Corporate America, Kelenda Baird.

Ms. Corporate America Kelenda BairdMore than a competition, this is a celebration of purpose driven power — and Kelenda embodies that perfectly, according to the organization. As a Social Entrepreneur and Chief Revenue Officer of Limitless, SPC and Reeds Hideaway, she leads with heart, excellence, and a vision to create lasting impact.

Kelenda’s platform is a deeply personal mission: to transform adversity into effect. Throughout her reign, she will focus on expanding programs that provide healing retreats, guidance, and leadership development for girls and young women who have experienced abuse, trafficking, or neglect. Her story is a reminder that leadership is not about a title — it’s about service, resilience, and inspiring others to rise.

As Ms. Corporate America 2025, Kelenda will:

• Travel nationally and internationally to represent the MCA brand

• Speak to diverse audiences on empowerment, business leadership, and her platform

• Serve the community through volunteerism and advocacy

• Champion women’s voices in business, social impact, and beyond

In addition to the prestigious title, Kelenda received a $5,000 cash prize and a collection of exclusive gifts and opportunities to support her platform and reign. She will serve as Ms. Corporate America for a one-year term, culminating in June 2026 when she crowns her successor.

“Kelenda brings light, love, and leadership into every space she enters,” said Anissa King Paul, Founder & President of the MCA Organization. “We are beyond proud to have her represent the brand. She is exactly what this crown stands for.”

Kelenda Annette Baird is the Founder & CEO of LimitlessRescue.org, a social purpose corporation and global NGO hybrid dedicated to empowering leaders and protecting vulnerable youth locally, nationally, and globally. Her mission has taken her across many countries, from the backstreets of Brazil to the red-light districts of Greece, serving in the trenches as a mentor, advocate, teacher, and rescuer. Whether leading at-risk youth through healing programs or guiding executives in high-stakes boardrooms, Kelenda has held both power and pain in the same hand.

She currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer of Reed’s Hideaway, a breathtaking 250-acre multi-venue estate nestled in woodland wonder. Her leadership there reflects the same vision that drives her global mission: restoration, beauty, and transformation.

A bold communicator, Kelenda stepped outside her comfort zone to become a speaker and during the most painful season of her life, she won Les Brown’s Legendary Speaker Championship, proving that when you speak from the soul, mountains move. She is a contributing author to The Power of Resilience (coming soon) and is currently writing her first solo book, a teaching memoir filled with stories of survival, miracles, and global impact. It chronicles how she rose from the ashes on eagle’s wings, with God as her strength.

“I want to be the kind of woman whose life makes you stop and think, maybe healing is possible for me too,” 2025 Ms. Corporate America Kelenda Annette Baird said. “The kind of woman who’s been through the fire, but still stands…not bitter, but burning with purpose and joy. If my journey gives someone else the courage to rise, then every battle, every scar, every setback was worth it. I’m not here to be admired, I’m here to remind people that God still writes comeback stories. I am living proof that even in the darkest places, light wins.”
