1st Annual Women 90 Day Get Fit Challenge

Over 2/3 of Americans are obese or overweight. This problem contributes to many of the major health problems in America. 35.5% of U.S. Women are Obese and over 60% are Overweight. Women are generally the caregivers, purchasers and preparers of family meals.

NCNW-Greater Orlando Section is challenging women of Orange County to “Get Fit” and make a commitment to a healthy lifesyle change for themselves and their family by joining the “1st Annual Women 90 Day Get Fit Challenge”. The focus is on changing eating habits, making healthier food choices, and increasing exercise.

WHERE: Lake Eola Park, Downtown Orlando, Corner of Robinson St and Eola Dr.
WHEN: July 23, 2011.
TIME: Registration begins at 2:45 p.m. KICK OFF @ 3:30 p.m.

The event is FREE!

Each participant will be provided a FREE personalized body assessment every 30 days by FIA, have access to Gold’s Gym facilities, healthy tips and plate configurations by Whole Foods. Every month, based on a point system, participants will have the opportunity to win generous gift cards for Whole Foods Markets, Free personalized training sessions, one on one diet and nutrition plan developed by a certified dietitian and nutritionist, Spa and restaurant certificates. At the end of the 90 day Challenge there will be a celebration to announce the ultimate challenge winner and runners up.
