A 16-year old girl who made a bomb threat at her high school on social media, has been arrested Osceola County deputies said.
Dinoshka Colon, 16, of Kissimmee, was arrested and charged with making a false bomb report and booked into the Orange County Juvenile Detention Center on Tuesday.
Colon told deputies that she posted a statement on Twitter indicating a bomb threat at Gateway Highway School, because she was angry and did not want to go to school.
As a precaution deputies searched Gateway High School, but found nothing suspicious. Subsequently, investigators cleared the scene and there was no disruption to normal school activities.
Deputies found Colon and her mother at their residence in the 200 block of Coral Reef Circle in Kissimmee. Authorities say, she cooperated with the investigation.
