Following further investigation, Orlando police now say, there are no signs of foul play and the child’s fall was accidental. The4-year-old toddler is still in surgery, police said.

A 4-year-old child fell from an apartment window just after 11:30 a.m. on Thursday and Orlando police are treating the incident as suspicious.
The incident occurred on Goeth Street at the Reserve Apartments.
Police said, the child was transported to Arnold Palmer and is currently in critical condition.
Officers from the Criminal Investigations Division and Crime Scene Unit are on the scene.
The investigation is continuing.
