Sanford police officers have identified the suspect they believe was responsible for shooting one man dead and injuring four others on Wednesday night.
29-year-old Tremaine Clinton Patrick was arrested and booked into the Seminole County Jail. He has been charged with first degree murder and attempted murder.
Patrick is accused of shooting 34-year-old Corey Donaldson dead at 805 Cypress Avenue around 10:00 p.m., on Wednesday night. Four other persons, whose names have not been released were also injured in the shooting. According to news reports, one person is in critical condition.
Police would not say what led to the shooting, but there is speculation that gambling was an ongoing activity at the location of the shooting.
