Polk County Sheriff’s Office detectives arrested a Haines City Police Officer 25-year-old Demetrius Lamar Condry, Thursday, in connection with a prostitution business operated by 27-year-old Paul Rosoan Aaron, 412 N. 6th Street, Haines City.
Aaron, who ran “Genuine Quality Entertainment, or GQE, out of a residence located at 48 7th Street, Haines City, was arrested on arrested Wednesday, July 13, 2011.
Working with both the Haines City Police Department and the Winter Haven Police Department, detectives learned that Aaron, who is employed as a Polk County School Bus Attendant, was operating a Prostitution business using juveniles, and that Condry had been one of his customers or “Johns.”
During a recent missing person’s case being investigated by the Winter Haven Police Department, details surrounding Aaron’s criminal activity and his association with Condry were discovered. Winter Haven Police contacted Haines City who in turned contacted the PCSO requesting an investigation be conducted.
Through their investigation, detectives learned that between July 2009 and February 2010, two “prostitutes” were juvenile victims, who were forced to perform sexual acts on “Johns.”
Detectives learned Condry drove to the 7th Street address, dressed in his agency uniform and engaged in sex with victims who were between 14 and 15 years of age.
Condry, who resigned upon arrest, is charged with Sexual Battery by a Law Enforcement Officer, (first degree felony,) Lewd Battery, (second degree felony,) and Official Misconduct, (third degree felony.)
Aaron is charged with Bribery of a Law Enforcement Officer, (second degree felony,) 2 counts of Procuring for Prostitution-Minor Under 18-years-of-age, (second degree felony,) and 2 counts of Sex Trafficking, (second degree felony.)
The investigation is on-going.
