Just after 11:00 a.m. today deputies responded to the Public Storage facility located at 1801 W. Oak Ridge Rd. in reference to a fight involving a knife. Multiple persons were on scene when deputies discovered Arthur Cobwell dob 2/12/68 suffering a stab wound. Cobwell was transported to ORMC where he was declared deceased just before noon.
Investigators believe that a verbal altercation between several individuals at the scene escalated into a physical fight with this fatal wound as the final outcome.
All individuals involved remained on scene. No one is being arrested at this time; however charges will be filed with the State Attorney’s Office in the future for their review.
