The State of Virginia is set to execute John Allen Muhammad today for killing Dean Harold Meyers in March 2002.
Muhammad and his teenage accomplice Lee Boyd Malvo went on a killing spree which left 10 dead across Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., over a three week period.
The only way Muhammad’s life could be spared is if Virginia Governor Tim Kaine steps in, which is not likely.
