The Duval County woman chose to receive her winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.00
Newson purchased her winning Loteria Grande ticket from Publix, located at 7177 Merrill Road in Jacksonville. The retailer received a $2,000 bonus commission for selling the winning scratch-off ticket.
