Deputies looking for Persons of Interest in Stabbing

A man stabbed another in the back of his neck following an argument, early Tuesday morning and Orange County Sheriff’s deputies are looking for two persons of interest.

On Tuesday January 26th, 2010, at approximately 3:00 am there was a confrontation between two parties at the Waffle House located at 11749 E. Colonial Drive.  At one point the confrontation escalated and one of the subjects armed himself with a knife and stabbed a victim in the back of the neck with the knife.  The victim sustained a serious but non-life threatening injury and was transported to ORMC where he received medical treatment and was ultimately released.

The suspect in the stabbing fled the area on foot and was not found or identified.  He is described as a black male, approximately 5’7”-5’8” tall, slim build.  The suspect was in the company of another black male with a similar physical description.  The confrontation started as one of the parties accused the other party of hitting them with their car as they walked in the street near the Waffle House.

Detectives are looking for two persons of interest regarding this case.
