More evidence links Tot Mom to daughter’s murder

Prosecutors on Monday released additional evidence which they say, ties Tot Mom, Casey Anthony to the murder of her 2-year-old daughter.

Tot Mom’s former best friend retains legal counsel

Amy Huizenga, Tot Mom's former best friend has retained a lawyer. Tot Mom is charged with stealing and writing more than $400 worth of checks, including one for Target, where she went on a shopping spree after the murder of her daughter, Caylee.

Tot Mom’s childhood friend questioned by Baez

Casey Anthony's childhood friend, Kiomarie Cruz was questioned Wednesday by defense attorney, Jose Baez. Cruz is best known for selling her story to the National Enquirer for $20,000 and some argue that make her less credible. Cruz told the National Enquirer the area where Caylee's body was found is the same spot where she and the Tot Mom spent a lot of time.

Tot Mom, No Speaking or Writing

Tot Mom does not want to write or answer questions in relation to the defamation case brought against her by lawyers on behalf of Zenaida Gonzalez. Tot Mom's lawyer filed a protective order which says that she could incriminate herself in the murder case, if she is required to answer oral or written questions.

Tot Mom to Appear in Court on Wednesday

Casey Anthony, the Tot Mom charged in the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, Wednesday. The hearing is to discuss whether or not there is a conflict of interest and if there are any book or movie deals in the works, which could in turn, influence the case.

Tot Mom Stole Money For Caylee’s Party

Newly released documents show that Casey Anthony stole money from family members. Casey's grandmother, Shirley Plesea, indicated that checks were forged from her bank account on two separate occasions. To celebrate Caylee's birthday, the grandmother says Casey stole a check to purchase party favors.
