A Port Orange woman who claimed she is ‘disabled’ has been accused of having sex with a 14-year-old boy, police said.
Cheryl Nemetz, 49 years, was charged Wednesday with lewd and lascivious molestation of a child younger than 16, news-journalonline.com reports.
Authorities said, the 14-year-old boy initially said he was only hanging out and playing video games at Nemetz’ home. Later the boy told his mother he had sex with Nemetz about six times, begining as early as August, according to the arrest affidavit.
Nemetz was booked into the Volusia County Jail on Wednesday on a $25,000 bond.
