An unidentified man was killed as he walked on a train track Downtown Orlando early on Wednesday morning, Orlando police said.
The man was killed by a CSX train near South Street. It is believed the man was intoxicated at the time he was struck by the train.
Police said the identity of the victim is unknown at this time.
The investigation continues into this fatality.
