On 1/27/08 at approximately 2300 hours the victim, Kendel Gerald Williams B/M 3/27/69, was approached by two black male suspects while he was unloading his vehicle in front of 4673 Edgemoor. It appears as thought the subjects attempted to rob Mr. Williams. During the course of the confrontation, Mr. Williams was shot. He was transported to ORMC, where he died.
The suspects were described as black males in their late teens or early 20’s. One was wearing all dark clothing including a hooded sweatshirt. The other was described as wearing a red,white and black shirt and a hooded sweatshirt. Both suspects were last seen running south.
