A first degree murder arrest warrant was obtained for Robert Rumph, 26, who shot and killed Fojuan Bell, 34 at 4405 Martins Way in Rosemont last week-end.
Rumph was arrested at Lakeside in Eatonville without incident.   He was charged with first degree murder in connection with the shooting of 34-year-old Fojuan Bell.
OPD is continuing with their investigation. The motive for the shooting is still to be determined.
