The Pine Hills Community Performing Arts Center (PHCPAC) will hold its Second Annual GALA on October 12, at the Soiree Event and Conference Center, 6394 Silver Star Road, Orlando Florida 32818, at 7:00 p.m. The theme is “Celebrating the Arts in the Community.”

The goal of the Center is to provide an exciting complement of arts, cultural and academic events that reflect and celebrate the vibrancy of the city and the rich tapestry of the Pine Hills community. As we prepare for another GALA that will highlight our successes and reveal plans for an engaging future, we would like to extend an invitation to you, your business, or organization to become a 2013 Sponsor of this event. It is the biggest fundraiser for the year, providing the funds to sustain fine and performing arts programming for children and families.

Please consider sponsoring a table of eight persons, or giving a lump sum tax-deductible contribution. You might prefer to place an ad in our Program Booklet, and of course, we encourage you to attend the GALA. You might also contribute something special to our Live Auction. You’ll receive both written and public acknowledgement in return.

Our Governing Board and Advisory Council, plus supporters of the Center, friends and relatives are excited about our collective work within the Pine Hills Community. We have an abundance of personal stories about the lives we’ve touched, while attempting to make the PHCPAC the destination for the arts! Additionally, there will be professional entertainment, along with special performances from some PHCPAC music students. The Keynote Speaker will be Ambassador Harriet Elam-Thomas, a United States Diplomat and Professor who directs the Diplomacy Program at the University of Central Florida.

Individual tickets are available for purchase online at www.pinehillsperforms.org. You’ll find prices for ads in the Program Booklet and Sponsorship options, too. Please feel free to call Michael Kimbrough, CEO and Executive Director, at 407-914-8846, or stop by the Center at 5600 Colonial Drive, Suite 302, Orlando, Florida, 32808 for more information.
