Kissimmee Convenes Stakeholders Meeting to Promote Historic District

A meeting to bring the community and stakeholders together to benefit historic Kissimmee will be held in order to promote the Historic District as a place to live, play and work. Further goals of the meeting are to provide the community and various stakeholders with ample an ample knowledge base of perceiving what is truly historic and worth preserving and valuing and create a fledgling downtown culture scene.

The board will be discussing ways in which it’s various programs, such as the funding from the Certified Local Government (CLG) program, will be used.

The meeting will be held on February 11th, 2013, at 5:15 p.m., and is always held on the second Monday of every month. It will be located at 101 N. Church Street, Kissimmee at the Kissimmee City Hall.
