Dean Cannon, remember him? Â Former Florida state House speaker from Winter Park? Â Well, six months after leaving the Florida Legislature his lobbying firm has raked in more than $1.5 million, the Orlando Sentinel reports.
This makes Cannon’s firm, Capitol Insight, the 19th-highest paid lobbying firm in Tallahassee, the paper also reported.
Cannon’s firm which took in $1.55 million during the first of 2013, represents mega corporations like AT&T, Orlando-Orange County Expressway Authority, Florida Association of Insurance Agents and Walt Disney World Resort.
