Ex-Judge, Larry Seidlin and his family are accused of exploiting an 83-year-old neighbor, Barbara M. Kasler, a frail, now-incapacitated millionaire, for selfish financial gain.
These accusations come from a niece of Ms. Kasler in the Panhandle, and a caregiver.
The Florida Department of Children and Families has an ongoing probe into the gifts that Seidlin and his family received from Kasler.
