The search for a new Superintendent of Orange County Public Schools (OCPS) moved ahead Tuesday, with the appointment of a 26-member Superintendent’s Search Advisory Committee.
The Search Advisory Committee is tasked with defining what the community is looking for in a superintendent and recommending a group of finalists for consideration by the school board.
Each of the eight elected school board members appointed three registered voters that reside in Orange County to serve on the Superintendent Search Advisory Committee. Two at-large members also serve on the advisory committee.
The following persons were appointed to the Superintendent’s Search Advisory Committee:
