FAMU Accreditation Put One Year Probation by Group
At an emergency meeting Tuesday, Florida A&M University’s Board of Trustees was notified that FAMU will have its accreditation put on probation for one year. The Southern Association of Colleges and Schools-Commission on Colleges, which accredits all public universities in Florida, has been looking into FAMU since Robert Champion’s hazing death last November.
