Rosemont Shooter Arrested

A first degree murder arrest warrant was obtained for Robert Rumph, 26, who shot and killed Fojuan Bell, 34 at 4405 Martins Way in Rosemont last week-end.Rumph was arrested at Lakeside in Eatonville without incident. He was charged with first with first degree murder in connection with the murder of 34-year-old Fojuan Bell.

The City of Orlando yesterday approved a new policy that will impact the downtown residential community once the new Amway Center opens.
