Tot Mom does not want to write or answer questions in relation to the defamation case brought against her by lawyers on behalf of Zenaida Gonzalez. Tot Mom’s lawyer filed a protective order which says that she could incriminate herself in the murder case, if she is required to answer oral or written questions.
Casey Anthony, the Tot Mom charged in the disappearance of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, is scheduled to appear in court tomorrow, Wednesday. The hearing is to discuss whether or not there is a conflict of interest and if there are any book or movie deals in the works, which could in turn, influence the case.
Bounty hunter, Leonard Padilla will testify in the civil case against Tot Mom, Casey Anthony. Padilla will give his testimony in May, as the attorneys for Zenaida Gonzalez want to speak with George and Cindy Anthony, first. Gonzalez has the identical name as the mystery nanny, who Tot Mom blamed for the disappearance of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee.
Newly released documents show that Casey Anthony stole money from family members. Casey’s grandmother, Shirley Plesea, indicated that checks were forged from her bank account on two separate occasions. To celebrate Caylee’s birthday, the grandmother says Casey stole a check to purchase party favors.
