Police: Woman Found Dead in Car in Wal-mart Parking Lot

A 26-year-old woman, who committed suicide, was found dead in her car in a Walmart parking lot on Thursday, St. Cloud Police said. Kimberly Brooke Dennis was found deceased inside her 2006 black Volkswagen vehicle in a Walmart parking lot at 4400 13th Street in St. Cloud.

Orange County deputies are investigating a drive-by shooting early on Tuesday morning in the Holden Heights area. Investigators said, a woman asleep in the front room of a residence located at 1222 West 23rd Street, was awakened by gunfire around 5:20 a.m.

Deputy Killed in Crash on Maitland Boulevard

A Seminole County deputy was killed yesterday afternoon, after a car drove into the direct path of his motorcycle, Florida Highway Patrol said. The unnamed deputy was driving a 2009 BMW Mitsubushi motorcycle westbound on Maitland Boulevard when the driver of a 1999 Volkswagon Jetta, heading eastbound, attempted to make a left turn onto Gateway Drive.

Another Orange County Deputy Arrested

On Wednesday, another Orange County deputy sheriff was arrested, accused of battery (domestic violence). That's two deputy sheriffs in two days. Deputy Sheriff Michael Dunn, 42, was arrested on Wednesday, after an argument with his wife turned into a "physical altercation."

Lakeland Cop Dies from Injuries
