Renowned fabric manufacturer CAMELOT FABRICS has partnered with THE MOTHERS OF PROFESSIONAL BASKETBALL PLAYERS (The MPBP) for their #SewSocial Project, a charitable cause that will provide lap quilts to the Quilts for kids organization.

WHAT
CAMELOT FABRICS, along with The MPBP and Quilty magazine creator Mary Fons, will host an exclusive quilting party in Orlando, Florida, to initiate the #SewSocial project. Artwork, family photos, and unique messages will be transferred onto fabric that will serve as centerpieces for the lap quilts. CAMELOT FABRICS will also launch a microsite for those wishing to collaborate on ‘virtual quilts’, which will then be converted into actual lap quilts and included in the donation.
WHY
The #SewSocial project will provide lap quilts to Quilts for Kids, an organization dedicated to providing comfort to children of abuse and those with life-threatening illnesses.
