Florida Small Businesses Optimistic About Outlook

A majority of small businesses in Florida say they are optimistic about their prospects for growth, according to the fall American Express Small Business Index, the sun-sentinel.com reported.

But, although 82 percent plan on growing their business, only 30 percent say they expect to hire new workers.
